Prices include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are as follows...

For Europe and Worldwide orders please do not make payments before contacting KM Elite Products to ensure postage charges are calculated correctly. For UK Mainland Only - postage costs are as follows.

A next day Courier Service or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail is used for shipping.

Please note: Sorry, but we do NOT ship to the USA and Canada.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item (or items) in original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size and/or colour if preferred.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call 01403 759659 and give details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to sales@kmeliteproducts.co.uk, or by post to the address below.
